Important:
You MUST sign and date the following in order to compete. I,
undersigned, do hereby release, authorize and permit my photos to be
used for publicity, promotional, or commercial purpose in conjunction
with the Pageant. I also release Gold Coast Pageant Productions from
any responsibility or claim due to injuries suffered by me and my
family or my personal property damaged or lost during travel from home
to the place of the contest and during participation times at the
Pageant. I also agree to abide fully by the Rules and
Regulations of the Pageant and by the decisions of the judges. I
understand there will be an Admission fee for all my guests attending
the Pageant and that there will be absolutely NO Cameras of any kind
in the ballroom. I also understand that should I/MY Child
wins or places as a runner-up in the Preliminary pageant, they will go
on to compete in the California State Finals. The Pageant
has the right to refuse any contestant for not complying with the
Rules and Regulations of the Pageant. I understand there will
be absolutely NO refunds given, only credit if due to an
illness.
